He Is Faithful That Promised

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) Hebrew 10:23

Week after easter was great because it was a week of having only five to seven children daily. We were able to do so many things that I can't do with a class room of sixteen. Also the children that I have to constantly monitor were absent. That allowed me to spend some time with all the children that did come during easter break.

We are making adjustments at the daycare to take precautions because of the swine flu since a school was closed in Lafayette, Louisiana. I am going to work earlier in the morning starting tomorrow because the director wants to change our morning routine of keeping all children age one to ten in one classroom until their teachers come get them and take them to their classrooms. I will take the four to ten year old age group to a separate room, another teacher will take the two to three year old's and another teacher will have the infant to two year old's.

I was shocked to receive a $33 electric bill in the mail today. That is some good numbers for a total electric house. Wow! I can put the extra money in savings for when I have to run the air conditioner more.

*****************

Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.
Psalm 51:8-12

Glad to see you back blogging. I was getting worried.

As for the low electric bill, maybe they overcharged you last month? Sometimes they don't read the meter, and then they send an estimated bill.
