I am so glad it is saturday and I did not have to go to work today. I could barely lift my feet yesterday. An example of how I tired I was-I heard birds chirping this morning, a sound I have missed, I went to the door and saw that I had not locked the door when I came home from work, something I do every time I close it. That really scared me. I was mentally and physically exhausted. This morning I woke up with a stopped up nose and my eyes are teary. I don't feel good along with no energy. I will sip on soup and clear liquids today.
