He Is Faithful That Promised

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) Hebrew 10:23

This past week was my first week with my new group of children. I have had a constant prayer in my heart, Lord help me I can't do it without You. Half the group can't sit at all, the other half can not stop talking and not a one realizes I am in the room with them.

Friday I was in such a hurry to leave work and get home, I was trying to put the house key in the car ignition. The inside of the car was so hot and sweat was getting into my eyes and I thought I was just missing the key hole. So I leaned over to see around the steering wheel and as I was looking at the key hole I saw that the key I was holding was not the car key. I guess as I was thinking "home" my fingers selected the house key on the key ring.

About two months ago I started taking magnesium to help me sleep. One of my coworkers told me her doctor had suggested it to her. I don't have insomnia. My problem is I wake up off and on all night. Sometimes I wake up around 2:30 in the morning and can't go back to sleep. The difference I have noticed with my sleeping since taking the magnesium is I am able to get back to sleep easier and I am not waking up as often as I was.

I also found that magnesium helped with my shakiness. My blood work always came back good. The doctor kept saying it was fatigue related. When I read the web page I found that one of my blood pressure medicines could lower magnesium levels. I have found two benefits from taking magnesium-no shaking and more sleep.

*****************************

He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it. He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks. For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself. For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.

Romans 14:6-8
