He Is Faithful That Promised

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) Hebrew 10:23

This month is almost over. I can't believe it. I went to the library and the librarian handed me the return slip and said the books are due back february 7th. Time is moving too fast.

Dad overed the pneumonia but is wheezing again. When he went for his chest xray the doctor referred him to a lung specialist but his appointment is not still march. I told mom she will have to get another appointment with dad's primary doctor. Mom's blood work was good again. Now she just has to pass all her kidney function tests.

Louisiana has had some extreme cold weather, for me that is. I know other parts of the country are colder but the twenties make my toes hurt. No chilblains on my toes so far this winter and no busted water pipes. I am so ready for spring.

********************

And in that day thou shalt say, O Lord, I will praise thee: though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me. Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

Isaiah 12:1-3
