He Is Faithful That Promised

Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;) Hebrew 10:23

Still not back home. Progress on the house is slower than I thought it would be. Slower than I hoped it would be. Time is passing nicely here. We have not intruded on anyone's space or stepped on any toes. It just isn't home. I started with the coughing as soon as the dreaded flowering bushes started putting out their strong fragrance. I've been taking generic mucinex. I think I have it under control. Doctor has once again changed my blood pressure medicine and ordered more blood work. I just want to be left alone and back to my little spot in the world. Blogger as usual has changed the way you post on their page. I am having problems figuring out how all the new tricks. So if anything looks out of sorts be patient as my tired braincells try to learn the new way of blogging.

HAPPY EASTER!

Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulchre, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulchre. And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Jesus. And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments: And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek ye the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you when he was yet in Galilee, Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.

I was told by my insurance company that my house might not be ready until July. Wow! After I heard that, I kept asking "what?" because I couldn't believe what I was hearing. They are not building a house just repairing one. I was thinking 3 to 4 weeks at the most. The contractor said the roof will be finished next week. Then they start on the inside.

I am still working but my fifteen minute drive to work has become a thirtyfive to fortyfive minute drive. It would be quicker if I would take the interstate but I like the highways.

But I will sing of thy power; yea, I will sing aloud of thy mercy in the morning: for thou hast been my defence and refuge in the day of my trouble. Unto thee, O my strength, will I sing: for God is my defence, and the God of my mercy.
